Why? Why I’m Just Getting Started!

After years of working a 60-hour week in a career I absolutely loved, I found myself craving something more...freedom, flexibility, and time with the people who matter most (especially my three precious grandbabies!). So I took a bold, full of risk decision.....to start over.  I know what makes me excited and passionate. I love taking risks. I love challenges. I love business. I love people. So, I did it. 

I went back to school and earned an Executive Presence Certification from Cornell. I wrote my first book, Attract Don’t Recruit. I launched Christine Cribb and Company, a business rooted in helping leaders and organizations show up with purpose, clarity, and courage.

Why? Because I believe in sharing my passion, my calling to make an impact in whatever I do. I believe we each have a calling that never retires, it is always there. Mine is to help businesses and organizations to serve better, lead stronger, and dream bigger.

I bring a genuine contagious positive energy and a huge authentic heart into every room I enter. I believe in people, building relationships, and in reinvention. And I believe that when we get clear on our why, we become unstoppable.
